I do a mailmerge to email using Outlook 2000 contacts and Word 2000. I have been doing this monthly for more than a year. This month we upgraded from our Win95 machine to a Win XP and also installed the latest Office Patch. The problem now is that the email that gets created has the letter as an attached .doc file even though I specified NOT to. We are sending using plain text format. How can I get the body of the letter to be in the body of the email?
