    Excluding data from reports (Access XP)

    I have a database that I use for placing a weekly inventory order from. I want to be able exclude data from the report that I don't need to order. Is there some way in the query or report to input parameters so that unneeded data will not appear in the report. I am thinking something similar to "if Order =<.75 exclude"

    I hope this is understandable.

    In query design, on the criteria line under the field you want to limit, put something like:

    <=.75 (less than or equal)

    Don't include the (less than or equal).
