    Mysterious Appointments (Outlook 2000 sr1)

We have some public folders that are calendars that only one staff member is allowed to add appointments to. One of our other staff member has reported that from time to time appointments from one of those public folder calendars is appearing on her personal calendar. How could that be? I have seen it myself.

Is it a team folder (with a web interface)? These provide an option to copy an appointment. Otherwise, check the Administration tab of the folder properties (you have to be an owner for this) and see what moderation and rules are doing.

Thanks for your reply HOWEVER, no, it is not a team folder. There are NO moderation or rules set up for this set of public folders.
