Converting an eps file to a bmp or ico file

I have a couple of logos that I've downloaded from an associate website to be used for letterhead, fax covers, web sites, etc. I can choose from an eps or jpg graphic. I need to add this logo to a fax cover sheet I am creating with some 3rd party software compatible with Windows. The only valid graphic types for this faxing software are bmp and ico. Is there a way to covert the eps or jpg graphic to either a bmp or ico graphic? Thanks for your help.

In Microsoft Photo Editor (which comes with MS Office), you can open a .jpg file and save it as .bmp.

IrfanView, a very useful <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> graphics viewer and editor, can open .eps and .jpg, and save as .bmp and .ico. See http://www.irfanview.com.
