Send To using a Route Slip

I am using Word 97 on a network. I would like to send a document out for review by several other people. On the route slip I have checked Protect for Tracked changes, which will automatically track corrections, deletions, etc. that the reviewer makes. They can't turn off this feature. However, when I get the document back, it won't let me accept or decline any of the changes. Has anyone encountered this problem before, have I left out a step? <img src=/S/question.gif border=0 width=15 height=15>

You would have protected the document for tracked changes to force recording of the changes. Now, you first have to unprotect the document before you can accept/ reject changes.

I didn't realize I had protected the Word document. MS Office 97 didn't tell me either. I have been writing a procedure to share with others how to use the route slip and couldn't get this last step to work. Thank you.
