    Pivot Tables and Totals (XP)

I have a spreadsheet that as the following:

    Product 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q(uarter)
    ABC 5 2 3 1
    CDE 2 6 1 1

Using a Pivot Table I would like to roll up the data by product and calculate a total by produt for all 4 quarters. In the wizard I put in Row: Product Number, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. In data I put sum of part number.

What I'm looking for is how to add a total by product for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4? And then a total by quarter for all products on the bottom.

You don't need a pivot table. If I interpret your data correctly it already is in the form of the table you want - each row is a unique part number, so the records are already a part number total. The columns are currently labelled so that they look like months - I'll assume that they are really quarters.

Use the SUM function at the end of each row, and the bottom of each column.
