Maintenance Question - SQL Server Size

I have a database that is recording hits by users and logging URL and user information to a SQL Server 2K database. It has been online for a year now and is currently holding 30 million records and counting.

Should I be concerned, or is there anything I should be doing at this point? I am assuming there will be a time when I will if it isn't now.

Re: Maintenance Question - SQL Server Size

your actions must revolve around what you do with the data, are you analysing the data from one year to the next - can any of it be archived??
have you looked into OLAP Services or datawarehousing?

if you can describe more of the purpose of the database then more suggestions may show themselves.
