    Outlook Express Missing (OE 6)

I have a friend who "fiddles" with his computer. Well, about two weeks ago, he fiddled away Outlook Express. He says he was trying to "free up space on the hard drive:. He has 8 GB of free space - I have told him numerous times not to do that. But he did. What is the best and/or easiest way to reinstall OE. I reverted to Internet Explorer to version 5 and then installed (from a disk) IE 6.0 but Outlook Express did not install. Do I need to reinstall WINDOWS?

Now, next time friend "fiddles" with your 'puter when you've asked them not to, simply click 'Friend' > 'Arm' > 'Elbow' > 'Wrist' > and
