Hi,
I installed SP-3 after reading about the work arounds and add-ins to get past Outlook's annoying security features. I've checked out several of the "attachment unblockers" including "Outlook Attachments" and another (whose name I forget) which was profiled in WOW. However, I've noticed that the programs I've found do not deal with .pst files - Outlook's very own file storage system.
I have a large amount of e-mail on my work computer in a personal folder that I wish to transfer to my home PC. I created a couple of transfer pst files to e-mail some of the material home, but when I got home my SP-3 Outlook had blocked the attachments, and none of the unblocker programs I had could fix the settings for pst files. This is not a big deal, as I'm resending them home today with the extension changed to .doc, but I find it odd that Outlook's own special files would be blocked. Anyone know why, or if there is a program that allows .pst files to be received?
Thanks,
John DeA
