Select maximum value from fields in a row (Access 2000)

I would like to build a query that will allow me to find the maximum value of a field within one particular row.
There are 10 fields to search through, Q1 through Q10. The highest value of those fields will be used on a report.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Mike.

I attach a screenshot of a query that finds the max of the first four- keep going. The last max column is the one you finally use.
Another option would be to write a custom function in vba.
