    Graph Problem (Excel XP)

I've got a problem with a graph. One of our users type data into a input sheet and then created a summary sheet. Some way or other she created a graph on top of everything. This was emailed. Now the emailed copy only shows the graph. If you go to data source it shows =Summary etc. Is it possible to access the original file. Basically the data behind the graph.

I've tried to look for worksheet tabs put the file only shows the graph.

    Thanks for any help

If she put the chart as an object OVER the sheet, you should be able to shrink it down to get to the data.

Als if you right-click on the chart, and select location, you can MOVE the chart to its own sheet and then you can view the sheet underneath.

It is also possible that the chart is on its own sheet and the summary sheet is HIDDEN (format -sheet - unhide to unhide the sheet.)

There are other options, but start with these and post back with more troubleshooting if it doesn't work. If nothing else (if the chart is not proprietary) post a copy here and we can look at it.

Thanks for the help. It was something as stupid as the tabsheet at the bottom was hidden. Just unhide and problem solved.
