How to tell if a database is compacted (2000)

Does anyone know of a way, programatically, to determine if a database has just been compacted?

    Thanks!

I don't think that is possible - let's hope someone else proves me wrong! I suspect that "Compacted" is not an internal state of the database; after a first compact, the size of the database stays the same, but internally, things change on each compact - when you zip a database after compacting, the zipped size can vary wildly.

Decompiling the database also has an effect on cleaning up unwanted stuff.
