X400 connector - Domain-Defined Attributes

We are running Exchange 2000 and we are trying to configure an X.400 connector
and recipient. The recipient address contains a Domain-Defined Attribute (dda).
According to M/S Help documentation, this is entered via System Manager as
follows:
"You can specify additional optional X.400 address attributes by using the
Advanced tab of the X.400 address template . You can access the X.400 address
template in the Recipients container in Address Templates. Select the
appropriate language, select X.400, and then click the Advanced tab."
As far as I can see, there is no Advanced tab. Can anyone advise?

Do not double-click the x.400 container obj. - right click and select 'properties' - Do you see an advanced tab now?
