    if statements (Office 97 SR2)

    Hi

    I am trying to create a spreadsheet that will tell me when something is overdue, but when I put a date in the date confirmed cell I want it say delivered.

    Can you help please.

    For your example try

    <big>=IF(D5>0,"Delivered","Overdue")</big>

    If you amend the IF statement to have a second part then it should work
    ie
    IF(B9<>"",COUNTA($B$3,B9),"")

    <pre>=IF(B5<>"",IF(D5<>"","Delivered",IF(TODAY()>B 5+14,"Overdue","")),"")
