    Outlook Meetings (2000)

    I have lots of meetings to attend and sometimes am unable to attend all. I need to be able to mark each meeting in my Calendar as Attended or Not Attended and for this flag to be visible. Any suggestions?

    If you use a "day/week/month" view, or similar, your options appear limited. If you use one of the table views, then you can add extra fields, or use categories to flag your meetings.

    A quick & dirty "solution" is to use the "private" flag to indicate meetings you've been at (as long as you don't need it for it's intended purpose). Another crude option is to set your view up so you show start and end times, and then delete the end times for the meetings you've missed. Or vice versa for both suggestions.
