    Form Design - Adding Read Receipts/Tracking (Outlook 2002)

    HI, I am trying to design an appointment / meeting request form to send joining instructions to people. However I would like to be able to track if the message has been read. I can't seem to find a way of adding tracking/read reciepts to an apponitment form. Any ideas?

    I had the same problem in relation to a custom message form (earlier thread). Unfortunately, I never got an answer.

    Michelle, appointments are not sent out and have no facility to track read reciepts. You send a meeting request, which, if accepted, creates an appointment on the recipients PC. You can customize meeting requests, and they have the read reciept property. Maybe that will help...
