    Yes/No in query (A2000)

In relation to my previous post regarding the combo box and unbound fields.

I have a Yes / No field in the combo, column(4)

    An unbound text [ =cmbInsurer.Column(4)] reads -1 or 0

I would much prefer to show a Tick for true instead of it's numeric value.

I changed the property of the unbound to Yes/No but still show's -1

Do I need to change the property in the combo's query also ??

Instead of an unbound text box, use a check box with the same control source.

    Hans
The form requires an UnBound because the combo pulls info from a different table than the forms underlying table.
The combo only acts as a dummy.
Besides, not sure if I'm being dangerous changing a numerical value to a Tick.
    What do you think ?

    Sorry Hans,
I've sorted it, I must be a little slow this morning.
