    Add-In: Personal Folders Backup (Outlook XP/2002)

    I have installed an Outlook 2002 Add-In: Personal Folders Backup from Microsoft on a system that is running WinXP. It works great creating backup copies of my .PST files at regular intervals with one exception; the backup feature is only available for the user (me) that installed the program. When other users (family members) are logon, this feature is not available. I have tried to install the program while logged-on under another user, but I receive an error message indicating the program is already installed. If I uninstall the program, then reinstall under another users, when I logon under my account the feature is not available. Does anyone know why or have any suggestion.

    Have you tried logging into Windows XP as ADMINISTRATOR?
