Setting for creating a Report (Access 2000)

I have several employees in a database. If I want to print a report for just one employee, how do information on just one employee. Instead of all the employees.
    Thanks

Probably the simplest way is to apply a filter specifying the unique ID for that employee. If you use the wizard for creating command buttons, it will allow you to preview a report, and one of the options it asks you about is if you want to restrict it to a subset of the total data. We often do that from a form that displays information about the person/object in question, and have the ID number on the form so we can reference it - it may or may not be visible. Hope this helps.
