Can't print from My computer in Outlook XP (Outlook XP SP2 Win XP SP1 )

We use to be able to go into other shortcuts in Outlook XP and to my computer and print directory listings, like all of the files and folders from my documents. Now when we go to print it's blank as is the print preview, any idea's as to what caused Outlook to quit letting us print our directories?? Yes, all of the patches from MS have been applied.
