Simple Form Interface, complex code (Access 2000)

I would like to create a form that facilitates data entry for a one to many / many to many relationship. I have a teacher table, courses table and a courses taught by teacher table. I would like to be able to have a dropdown that lists all of the teachers, a list box of all of the avail. courses and a list box that displays the courses taught based on the selected teacher. I would like a to have a button that inserts the selected course into the courses taught table for a given teacher. After the insert, i would like that list box to refresh to reflect the recent addition.
I have yet to find a form example where the main/parent data is based on a combo box.
What would be the easiest way to bind the teacherID from the teacher dd to the courses taught list box?
Could some one please steer me in the right direction?
    thank you.

The rowsource for the CoursesTaught listbox merely needs to reference the Teachers listbox as a selection criteria. Something like this:
Select CourseNo from tblCoursesTaught WHERE TeacherNo = [lstTeacherNo]
