    subform - requery (2000)

Similar post has been made in the forum, but I still can't get my issue to work.

I have a form called frmInservice with a subform called subform. When I change data in one field in the subform I want the subform to requery to update calculations in the subform. I have tried putting a requery command in the after update box of the field that I change the data in but it will not work. I think my coding is wrong.

Can anyone provide the proper code to requery my subform. Thanks

Normally, calculated controls/fields will be updated automatically when a control is updated. To force a form to recalculate, you don't need the Requery mehod (which will re-open the record source of the form), but the Recalc method. Try <font face="Georgia">Me.Recalc</font face=georgia> in the AfterUpdate event procedure of the control.
