Automatically Backup a zip disk (XP 5.1.2600)

I would like to automatically back up a zip disk to my hard drive every time I insert it into my PC.

I am using Windows XP, is there some way that I can hook batch file or some backup program to the AutoPlay feature?

Ideally, the batch file or program would make a copy of the disk in a new folder with the disks name and a date/time stamp. I would want to keep about 5 older back ups, so the batch file or program would need to delete the oldest folder if there were more than 5 folders with the same disk name each time.

    Any ideas?

OK when you put the Zip disk in the Zip Drive, Windows XP should give you a pup-up message, asking what to do next?

I think you can choose an option to run a program.

Make an entry into your task manager that would back up the Zip Disk and choose that for your action, and you are done.

    I hope this helps.
