No, there isn't.
However, there are often 'other' sources:
- your sent folder if you ever replied to the sender (and included the message)
- attached at the bottom of other inwards mail messages that have been replied to
- From the original sender (depends on the politics)
- From others who have been copied into the message
- from backups - in enterprises, there is usually a copy of exchange data.
Are you on a Corporate Lan using Exchange, and do you have the Deleted Item Recovery Add-In installed? (You will know if you click on the Deleted Items folder and you have a Tools menu item like the attached.) Then yes.

My mail is automatically downloaded on my pc Outlook 2000 through an incoming POP3 mail server from my internet service provider. I can see my mail folders also by going to their site(www.virgilio.it) but once it's transferred to my pc it disappears from the folders on the site.
Probably not a lot of help now, but in your email account setup there should be an option to leave a copy on the server for x days. If everything works to plan, this will not be downloaded again by the same client, and will allow you to 'manually' go and view the message if you have accidentally deleted it.
