    VB/VBA Communication Control

I found a VBA version of MS Communications Control called XMCommVBA yet I can't find where I found it because its very useful and I need some more info on it. If anyone knows of it or where to find it again. Could you let me know. BTW I'm controlling modem communications with it from MS Access 97 and can't get it to install on Win2K.

    Regards,
    Cheval

    Re: VB/VBA Communication Control

A simple internet search on XMCommVBA turned up the site: <A target="_blank" HREF=http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/richard_grier/xmcommVB.htm>http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/r...er/xmcommVB.htm</A>

Win2K is 64-bit, rather than 32-bit, so com software is probably different for it.

Yes thanks, I found it with Google, last time I use savvysearch.com

    I thought Win2K was only 64Bit with Intel's Itamium or AMD's Sledgehammer Processor's?

Doesn't matter, the com model is different.
