    emergency notice

our front receptionist (as many front receptionists) occasionally finds herself with a combative or wacko person in the lobby and no means to get someone up front without alerting the wacko. i am trying to figure a way to use the outlook email so she can push a single keystroke which will send an office wide email for help. (whomever receives it will notify a delegated person to go up front and stand by if nothing else). she is a person who cannot find the 'any' key, especially when nervous.

    any ideas?

a prepared template on the desktop (quicklaunch toolbar works too <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 width=15 height=15>) with the item_send event. click on it and it gets sent.
