Win 2000 Batch file to do disk clean up at startup

I would like to create a batch file or WSH file that will run at startup to some general clean up tasks.

I would like to remove cookies and the index.dat file from the Documents and Settings%user%cookies folder.

Also I want to remove the folders in the Cocuments and Settings%user%Local SettingsTemporary Internet FilesContent.IE5 folder.

Is there an easy way of doing this?

I've tried the sage.exe program but that still seems to leave a lot of junk on the system.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
