    Swap Headings? (Excel 2002)

Is there a function in Excel that can swap a worksheet so that my headings on rows go to columns and columns go to rows & the corresponding data move to the respective cells.
I have attached a screenshot of an example of what I am trying to acomplish. (Easier than trying to explain it!)

Any help will be very appreciated.

This is called "Transpose" in Excel.

Select the range you want to "swap".
Copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C).
Select the cell you want to be the top left corner of the new range.
    Select Edit/Paste Special...
    Click the Transpose box.
    Click OK.

Thanks for that Hans, I've been trying to find a solution for weeks and I get one in minutes here.
