Autocorrect from Word 2000 to Word 2002 (Word 2002)

I am having difficulty transferring the acl file from an old Word 2000 computer to my new laptop running Word 2002. I have tried renaming the two copied (why two I dont know??) acl files (one at a time) from W2000 MSO1033.acl and MSO3081.acl to W2002 MSO.acl with no luck. I have had a quick look at the posts and not found anything re W2000 to W2002. Am I missing something simple hear??? Any pointers will be appreciated.

    Hi Claude:
Well, I have 9 *.acl files, but most have to do with language support. However, why are you renaming them? They shouldn't have been named Word 2000 mso1033.acl to begin with. mso1033.acl is the English language autocorrect entry. You should be able to just copy it over without renaming. In any event, to transfer settings to another version, see <!post=this post,5112>this post<!/post>. I haven't looked at it for awhile, so if you find some updated links for 2002, please post back.
