You didn't say what address is for that website - it can help to identify the problem.

Most likely, you have your browser settings too restricted. If you use Internet Explorer, click on Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab and scroll down to "Microsoft VM"

However, it is possible you need to install the latest version of Microsot VM. Go to Windows Update and download "810030: Microsoft VM Security Update".
I hope it will help to solve your problem.

Re: Java Machine (Windows XP Pro)

    Hi

Windows XP doesn't have java machine included ,you have to download from sun microsystems thats the one giving me the problems.
The VM security update woill not install without Microstoft Java Machine, and as conseqence Microsoft VM is not in the advanced tab.

    But thanks anyway

This is what the SUN law suite did to us.

Have your tried to locate a copy of their MS VM?

    Try http://www.virtualmachine.tk/

Hope this helps, I have NOT down loaded from the above site, but it should help.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Hi Dave

Tried that works fine, I'm very grateful as I have another Machine to upgrade.

Thanks again a point to note I installed it with Sun Java still installed but it took charge anyway.
