Problems with O2k sp3 (2000/sp3)

Aplied the service pack to several PCs and am having a problem when 3rd party apps hook into the Outlook Address book. Our CRM package shows the bottom message (see below) and a little VB app that uses a MAPI session to send a message to a number of users shows both.

Does anyone know how to get around this? Seems that MS have been a little overzealous with their security <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
