    Drop-Down Lists (FrontPage 2000)

I have been given an imported Web site to work on.. The opening page (index) has several combo boxes -- drop-down lists of items. When you select an item, the browser goes to that page, an *.htm document.

I can add items to the drop-down list just fine, but I can't get the browser to go to the *.htm file on selection. Is there anything short of VB programming to make this happen?

    Thanks,
    Craig.

    Craig,
Are you looking at the code? When I've been in similar tasks, I merely copy the lines that work and tweak them with the name and location of the htm file that I need to add to a list or whatever. That way you avoid re-inventing any wheels. <img src=/S/snore.gif border=0 alt=snore width=32 height=15>

If you look at the tag, is there an onChange (or similar) event handler? Can you find the function that it corresponds to in some <SCRIPT> tags somewhere? My guess is that the URLs are hardcoded in there. It could be in an included file (<SCRIPT SRC="url">).
