    TOA - Mark All (Wd 97, 2000 & 2002)

If I have a citation used multiple times in the same paragraph and I try to Mark All for that citation, Word will only mark the first instance in the paragraph. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any work arounds? I have test in 97, 2000 & 2002 with the same results. No news on TechNet...

    Thanks!

I gather you need additional references in the same paragraph marked because if they roll over to the next page, you need that page also reflected in the Table of Authorities. Hmmm... Well, I don't see any option supplied by MS to do this for you. I suppose you could create your own "Mark All" macro using Find.
