This is the scenario:
My office mate, while at work, is able to attach to our Exchange server with Outlook 2002 with no problem. When he is at school he is able to attach to the University server with the same laptop. When he returns to work the next day and fires up his laptop and tries to connect to our server he gets the "server is unavailable .... do you wish to work offline" message. He has to reboot his machine multiple times before he is able to attach back to our server.
Is there some setting that I can check? Should he contact the Uni Tech Department?
