    Copy/Paste Inconsistency Office 2003 (Office 2003)

    Yes I know it's a Beta 2 but: this fragment of code:
    moxlsApp.Selection.Copy
    With mowrdApp.Selection
    .Find.Execute FindText:=strDest
    .Paste
    in Office XP this copied an item (table or chart) in Excel, found the tag in Word and pasted *on top* of the selection in Word. In Office 2003 it doesn't replace the selected item. Any ideas why not? Or how I can make it replace?

    I wonder whether VBA obeys the user's interactive selection for whether "typing replaces selection." What happens if you perform the operation manually? Does it make any difference if you toggle that option? (In Word 2000, it's under Tools>Options...>Edit)

    That's it! Thanks very much (why didn't Office 2003 upgrade preserve that setting!!! Grrr).
