Access2000 Table Documentation (Access 2000 xp)

Under the Analyze option Access 2000 has Documenter. It reports columns names, type and size for any table you select. However, it does not list the description of table columns (fields). Is there anyway to include them in the report and if not how can I access the table properties so that I can create a custom table analysis report. Thanks in advanced.

In the Documenter, click Options... You can specify how much detail you want for fields and indexes. The third option will display all properties, including description and caption.

If you follow the link below to my website, I have a download (Documentor.mdb) that provides an alternative to the built-in Access feature for documenting tables. I believe the version on the website is for Access97, so you will have to convert it for Access2000 (which shouldn't be more difficult than answering "Yes" when Access asks if you want to convert it).
