How To Suppress Print Message (MS Access 2000)

Does anyone know if it's possible to suppress that little print message that pops up when printing a report using OpenReport? I am developing a check printing process and need to treat each check as a separate report. Unfortunately, when I print several thousand checks, the little pop-up message indicating that the report is being sent to the printer becomes unbearable.

    Thank you in advance.

Can't you create one report that prints all the checks?

Otherwise, you'll have to resort to a workaround involving Windows API, since the Printing... message is an internal dialog and can't be influenced directly. This is a rather inelegant kludge, IMHO, and I don't know how it will handle thousands of print requests. See API: Suppress the "Printing" Dialog on Dev Ashish's Access Web.

Yes, I could make it one report. I am trying to provide a certain level of control (logging, etc) since it will be printing checks. Maybe I'll rethink that approach...

    Thanks Hans.
