How to make a Set statement (Excel xp)

i want to make a set statement to include only the cells that have numbers or numbers with ** and the # sign and the > sign. Is it possible to use the .SpecialCells(Type, Value) code?

Not solely with the SpecialCells method. Narrow your target down using <range>.Specialcells(xlCellTypeConstant, 2) to get just the text cells, then loop through all those cells, get the value of the cell, and use Select Case to process the cell or it's offsets however you want.
