    Excel - Calculating Date (2000)

I would love for somebody to tell me the formula for calculating a date by month. I have an employee hire date, and I want to know what date is 119 months from the hire date. I do not need it to be the exact day, just the correct month. I hope someone can help me! I know I can do it by 365.25 for each year etc, but I'm going to need to do this calculation for 35 months after hire date and 119 months from hire date, and a few others. Appreciate your help! Stacey

This will give the date 119 months from the hiredate:
    =DATE(YEAR(HireDate),MONTH(HireDate)+119,DAY(HireD ate))

Thank you Steve for the information - I am alittle confused - do you think you could send me a quick sample in an excel spreadsheet and attach it. This seems to be great information, I'm just alittle confused as to how to set it up! Thanks again!
