File - Save As Error 'The Macro cannot be found... (2000)

In Word 2000, doing a FileSave As and receives this error
-- The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings.

This error can also appear when a Word document is opened. Also the user doesn't have macros in any of her documents. The macro security setting is the same on this pc as the rest of the pcs in our company. Have tried several things to resolve this problem but they haven't worked.

Any ideas for a solution? Thanks.

Have you tried the steps in Phil Rabichow's <!post=Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word (Word 97/2000),197827>Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word (Word 97/2000)<!/post> ?

If not in the document, the macros are in one of the following places:

Normal.dot

the template attached to the document

a global template, see the list in the templates dialog

a COM Add-in[/list]If you set macro security to medium and/or check the box to trust installed templates and add-ins, the macro(s) should run. Whether you want them to run is another question!
