I created an AutoForm (Insert > AutoForm). I then went back and added a page header. I see the header in design view, but in form view all I see is the detail section. Does this situation have anything to do with my using AutoForm? How can I make the header visible?

The page header and page footer sections of a form are only visible when you print the form (and in print preview). If you want a header and/or footer section in form view, use the form header/footer.
