    Appointment Time Spread (Office XP)

When I open to enter an appointment, the time spread between start and stop is 30 minutes. How can I change the default time spread to 60 minutes?

In the calendar, day/week/month view. Right click on the time line and a menu will pop up that allows you to set your choice.

    Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I think I needed to be clearer though. I'm happy with the calendar display showing 1/2 hour increments. What i'm looking for is when I try to schedule a new appointment that the new window show an "end time" that is one hour from the indicated "start" time.

The default appointment duration is the default display time interval. If you create your appointments by double-clicking a time slot, you'll have to instead get used to single clicking and dragging the cursor down to cover the second half hour (or more as desired), then rightclick and select the kind of event to be created, and the correct duration will be set.
