Any lunch ideas?

My take on the area of "Light Relief" is that it is suppose to transport us from the difficulties of hard drives and General Protection faults and error messages, etc.

So I have been delving into the recipes listed in our forum and finding good stuff but.........

Now I am wondering if anyone could suggest something very tasty for lunch because nothing has appealed to my taste buds yet?? Simple to make but high on flavor. Any suggestions

Tried a Potato Omelet lately. Slice potatos and boil until just limber. Beat 4 eggs and add potatoes. Let sit for 15 minutes then into a hot skillet. Flip a few times and you are done. I add onions and saffron to mine. Check out http://www.barasch.com/food/.

Your suggestion does sound good, simple and quick! I bet a potato left over from Easter dinner would work in this. Your web page looks interesting as well. and welcome to the lounge from me!!
