    Menu or Toolbars unavailable

I have lost my Menu and Toolbars from Access. When I open up Access (before I open a database) all I have got is a blank screen. How do I get them back again?

If you have nothing left, you may have to re-install.

What happens when you dbl-click on the mdb file in Explorer.

Thanks for your help - I have done a complete deinstall then reinstall of the system and both menu and toolbars have returned.
Before I reinstalled clicking on a database either in Explorer or Access brought in menu and toolbar automatically (as part of the database) however new databases that I was creating came in with no menu or toolbar.
I am a bit concerned that I was able to remove these so easily. I was able to get the toolbar back by using the customise option but the menu would have had to be recreated manually.
