Display form on 'New' menu? (2000)

I have one specific Outlook Email form that I've created that I would like to appear in the FILE - NEW drop down list, rather than having to go to FILE-NEW - CHOOSE FORM, and then select Personal Forms, etc. Is there any way of doing this?

MaryJ posted some time back about making them appear on the Actions menu when you are in the associated folder. So, if you save it under "Inbox," when you are viewing your inbox the form appears on the Actions menu. Been so long, I don't really remember much more.

Actually, you only want to publish it to a folder, not save it. Then using the form is just two clicks: Actions Menu | formname. Good memory, though!

Mine's not so good. I think you have to select the save definition check box if you're sending the message to others. If they don't use Outlook they won't see the form. Not sure, though.
