OutLook Express (Windows XP Home)

My Outlook Express has always worked fine. But then one day about a week ago, I recieved an e-mail with an attachment. When I double clicked on it I had the choice to save or open. Either one comes up with ArcSoft PhotoStudio with a pop up window saying, The format is invalad or not supported. Something has happened to my outlook express. Can anyone help?

Double clicked on the attachment or the email?
What kind of attachment was it (what was the extension; .jpg or .bmp or . . . )?

Leif, I looked to see what extension it had and it was .eml. Thank you for your reply

It sounds as if ArcSoft PhotoStudio has grabbed the eml association. Try this:

312355 - OLEXP: Unable to Open EML File Attachments in Outlook Express

(I will move this from XP to the Outlook Express board.)
