    Opening Folders (2000)

Running exchange server, I am the Publishing Editor of 2 additional inboxes. How can I always show these inboxes in my Folder List. I want them always visible, not having to go to File/Open each time.

    Thanks!

    Re: Opening Folders (2000)

I think I may be out of my depth, but I'll give it a shot.

I have both an E-Mail inbox and a Fax Inbox. The Fax Inbox was set up to always open by going into Tools, Services, Exchange Server, Properties, Advanced, Add ... enter or browse to the name of the additional InBox service. This way the Fax Mailbox opens when OL starts, however, the service opens in it's own environment including the default (but empty) Calendar, Tasks, etc, folders, so usually I leave it collapsed and check on it a few times a day. (I guess I get new message reminders; I don't get many because I haven't published my server fax number because I avoid faxes!) HTH.
