    Shortcut Keys (2K-SR1)

I'm developing a DB for someone who cannot use the mouse. I'm looking for keyboard shortcuts and Access Help has listed a lot of useful ones. What I haven't found is a kb shortcut that allows me to jump from one field to another, i.e., from field 2 to field 8. Is there something shorter than tabbing 6 times?

    Hans,
Thank you for the reply. The "&" is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't realize it could be used for fields as well as menus. It works like a charm.
    I love this forum!
    Thanks again.

There is no generic shortcut to jump from an arbitrary field to an arbitrary other field.
On a form, the designer can assign an accelerator character to a caption by placing an ampersand & before it. It will display as an underlined character. The user can jump to a text box or other control by typing Alt+underlined character.
