Sorry, the count down is not what I am looking. I am looking for a clock, digital or traditional ,with the second changing every second ... like a live clock on the powerpoint.

There is a clock utility; clock.exe. Just run it or have a link in your presentation to run it. To actually have ppt function as a clock would take VBA.

    Cheers

I have W2K and cannot find the clock.exe utility that you mention. Is this part of an add-on feature? I am a PowerPoint engineer (presentation specialist) for several clients and think that this might be a neat feature that I can incorporate into my presentations. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

Hmmm, clock.exe has been in Windows since win 3.1 (I never looked in previous versions). I don't know if it is in XP. I DO know they've been making it harder and harder to find. Did you do a search? Check out your winnt folder. That being said - you could get it from another system.

    Cheers

No clock.exe or similar anywhere on my Windows XP Professional system.
The only clock.exe on my Windows98SE system is part of the PowerToys package. Nice clock though.
