PPT on MAC run on Excel 2002 (Excel 2002)

One of my students did a PowerPoint presentation on his MAC at home, so all the graphics didn't come out when he showed it in the classroom. I updated Quicktime on my computer, but I still don't get the graphics on the file. Is there anything else I might do to view this presentation so I can grade it? (or must I take it to the mac lab?).

Sometimes you can ungroup the graphic image, and that would let it show up. But it depends on how he saved his graphics--what file format they are--in the first place. Probably the easiest thing to do is head to the Mac lab. :-)

Or did I misunderstand? Is there something about Excel that I'm missing here? (see subject line)
